The Invitation

I'd like to take this time to formally invite you to take #TheChallenge!

What Challenge?

The challenge to B Empowered 4 Elevation. Some may question the position as this being a challenge, and yet it is one of great a magnitude.

In order to be empowered you must first be developed and groomed for the position. In order for this to transpire you must make yourself available for the  transformation that will proposition you from day to day.

This will pose a challenge and the need to vacate the place of complacency. Once you have become available for the necessary changes you must then become and remain vulnerable. A hardened vessel is as unlikely to give as they are to receive, therefore vulnerability is part of the process.

Who in their right mind would want to be vulnerable?

Except that when our guards are up and the walls are in place not only do we prevent the harm from getting in but we also are inclined to prevent the help from getting in as well. Transparency allows the masks to be removed so that the light of our transformation may be easily accessed and empowering to those with whom we come in contact.
